About our prices:

Our pre-set itineraries are planned with the very best accomodation and no expenses spared in meals and transportation.  We can also plan any of our itineraries with tourist class accommodation for significantly less!  Please ask if you would like to do one of these tours with more modest accommodation.

Please compare our prices and itineraries with big name tour providers such as Backroads or Mountain Travel Sobek.  You will see that our rates are significantly less for similar itineraries (or better ones, in our opinion), and you also get the added bonus of a native language speaker in your group who has extensive family contacts in Vietnam.  There are many quality tour operators to choose from, but we believe our tours give you a "cultural edge" that sets us apart from the others.

**Please note that we require you to buy trip cancellation insurance unless you sign a form declining it.

Christmas Family Tour 

Dates: December 15 - 30  
Cost: $3450 per adult, plus $850 per child age 2-6.  Infants under 2 are $350 if traveling as lap children on flights.  If you want a seat for your baby, then the cost is $650).  Please inquire about costs for older children and those in adjoining rooms.

Prices include: All ground transportation and flights within Vietnam and Cambodia, all breakfasts and some other meals as noted on itineraries, all lodging in the very best hotels, tour guide/entrance fees.

Not included: Flights to/from Asia, travel insurance, lunches and dinners (unless noted on itinerary), drinks, airport taxes, tips, optional excursions on open days.

REFUND POLICY:

All monies are fully refundable if we must cancel a trip for any reason.  If you cancel after making payment, deposits are non-refundable. (Please consider supplemental trip cancellation/interruption insurance.)  Balances are refundable ONLY according to the policies below:

90 days or more before the trip: 100% of trip balance only (no deposit refunds).

60 to 90 days before the trip: 75% refund.

30 to 60 days before the trip: 50% refund.

30 to 0 days before the trip: NO REFUNDS.

EXCEPTION TO THE ABOVE POLICY:

If you can find someone to take your place, we can arrange for refunds at any time, less a $100 service fee.
